Ages: 6 to 12 years old
Days: Monday, Wednesday and Friday
Times: 4:00pm to 5:30pm
Cost: $65.00 monthly tuition

Class Overview
Concepts of : Courtesy, self respect, self discipline, commitment.
Calisthenics: That stress basic techniques, endurance, and co-ordination.
Forms: Beginning through advanced.
Free Sparring: Stressing control, proper technique, and respect for partners.
Tournament Competition: Sportsmanship, achievement, dedication to practice, and tournament etiquette.
Self Defense: Stranger awareness, awarenes or environment, practical physical self defense, and more advanced techniques also.
Submission Fighting: Pressure points, including joint locks and take downs.
Class Highlights
Chanbarra: Padded weapons training. Teaching long and short sword. Safe for all ages. Develops muscle memory, speed and balance.
Weapons: Training is reserved for intermediate rank (purple) and above.
