Our fitness program includes some yoga in all of our workouts to increase strength, focus, balance and flexibility. All of which are necessary when training the martial arts.

We have a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, not competitive, just 45 minutes of body and mind care. If you have always wanted to try Yoga but were afraid you couldn’t do it, this is a class for you. Every body type can work out, any stretch can be modified to suit each person.

Alexander Morris was introduced to Yoga at the tender age of 6 and has always had an innate love for the practice. In order to better serve his students he certified in teaching and has added it to the curriculum for the students, parents and the public.
