MONDAY

LET’S HIIT IT! HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING

Start your week right and keep the body guessing! This high intensity workout is designed and timed to whip you into shape. 1 min. Intervals of high intense exercise with 30 second rest breaks. Light to moderate impact, this class gives you options to advance your exercises or modifications to step it back a notch. Moving through many different exercises to hit every body part, this workout is designed to keep your heart pumping. You will develop athleticism and stamina while burning fat!

  • 1-1.5 min. Intervals 20-40 sec rest
  • Large variety of exercises



TUESDAY

LET’S STRETCH

 *This is not a Yoga class* This Class is primarily for those wishing to improve their flexibility. Maybe you just worked out at the gym or finished soccer practice...It’s important to cool down and stretch. A great class for aspiring athletes, students and teachers, however, ANYONE can learn to stretch. 

  • Learn basic stretching methods for the whole body
  • Reduce Pain and Sleep better!
  • Improve athleticism



WEDNESDAY

CARDIO KICKBOXING!

This is a light impact cardio endurance workout! Gear up for some bag work, mitts, and partner drilling to teach you the basics of blocking striking and kicking, while losing weight and building confidence! 

  • Gain coordination and athleticism
  • Burn Fat and Have Fun!
  • Learn the basics and Gain Technique for Self Defense 



THURSDAY

LET’S M.O.V.E!

This low impact class will improve your Mobility and range of motion using bodyweight exercises! Featuring Organic movement, animal locomotion and calisthenics that will strengthen, lengthen and tone the body while improving coordination, flexibility, dexterity, balance and agility. You will become more Versatile in your approach toward fitness. Increase your Energy through understanding bodily systems such as energetics, blood pressure, breathe control and resting heart rate.

FRIDAY

LET’S S.W.E.A.T!

STATIONS WORKOUTS ENDURANCE ALTERNATING TRAINING

Join us every Friday night for this light to heavy impact workout. Build endurance and burn fat. This class features stations, plyometrics and weights! Hit every muscle group and go at your own pace as we rotate stations Longer intervals than HIIT with short rest breaks. Release some endorphins, get fit and sleep better. No one ever drowned in their own sweat so join us on the floor and sweat it out!
